Challenges Inc Harm Reduction Services: Challenges, Inc. provides syringe services and a mobile bus unit in the Greenville County/Upstate South Carolina area.

Addiction Medicine Center: provides care to patients with opioid addiction, as well as treatment for infectious diseases associated with addiction, like HIV and Hepatitis C. They also provide maternal and prenatal care for people who are pregnant along with the Managing Abstinence in Newborns (MAiN) Program.
