When contacting us through the email addresses or phone numbers provided on this site, we may record the e-mail address, phone number, and any name given in order to continue contact and best serve your needs. Harm Reduction services can be a completely anonymous process, and we make a point to not ask for or require any more information than you are comfortable giving us.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of state-of-the-art security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. This information, when stored, is protected under AES-256 bit encryption protocols for confidentiality, and is never used for marketing or sales purposes and will never be sold or transmitted to any third party. Your privacy is of the utmost importance to everyone at SCHRC.

What is your data retention policy?

We will make a good faith effort to:

  • Retain server logs containing the IP address of all requests to this server no more than 90 days.
  • Retain identifying features like given names or email addresses no more than 365 days from the last time of contact.
